Meet Christina Heiderman—an upbeat, energized and dedicated REALTOR® with more than a decade of experience serving the community.

Christina is a Maryland girl, through and through. She grew up in the Lauraville neighborhood of Baltimore City and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Towson University.

Then, after graduation, Christina worked as an Executive Team Leader for many years with Target retail stores. She even played a role in helping Target launch their innovative “ship-to-store” program.

But after two decades, Christina started to feel the pull to do something a bit more meaningful and fulfilling with her career. And that’s when she decided to take the plunge and get her real estate license.

At first, Christina focused just on helping her friends and family buy new homes in her spare time. But eventually, her client list grew to the point where she decided to leave Target and begin working as a full-time agent.

Christina says, “it’s just such a great feeling to help people in my community find their new home. For me, it’s a true passion…not just a career.” And now, as a full-time agent with The Bob & Ronna Group, Christina has a wealth of experience helping people at all different stages of life. “Home ownership is such an important steppingstone in life…and such a prideful moment. I really enjoy guiding people through it. Whether they’re first-time homebuyers…or a growing family that needs more space…or an older couple looking to downsize to a condo...I’ve helped them all.”

Of course, as Christina admits, looking for a new home in a low inventory market can be “a bit of a roller coaster for clients.” And sometimes, a home will have five or six offers within the first few days.

“Thankfully,” Christina says, “that’s where The Bob & Ronna Group really shines. All their agents get specialized training for how to write winning offers. Bob will even take the time to review an offer himself to make sure it has everything it needs to get my client the house they want.”

Christina feels that joining The Bob & Ronna Group really helped deepen her connection to the people of Baltimore and Harford counties. And in her spare time, she and her family enjoy serving the community by volunteering every year for national Read Across America day and the Maryland Irish Festival in Timonium.

When not working or volunteering, Christina, her husband (a former marine), and their two kids enjoy taking their boat out onto the Chesapeake Bay to explore places like Maryland Marina in Middle River. They may even stop in for a crab cake and margarita at Sunset Cove—Middle River’s “original beach bar.” When the weather’s nice, Christina also enjoys cheering for her son at all his baseball and soccer games around town.
